Le repoussage convient donc au traitement de mat\u00e9riaux tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistants et difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9former avec une force de d\u00e9formation totale relativement faible, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la consommation d'\u00e9nergie. Pour des pi\u00e8ces de m\u00eame taille, le tonnage d'un tour \u00e0 repousser ne repr\u00e9sente qu'environ 1\/20 de celui d'une presse.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"ace-line ace-line old-record-id-J80lddULxoFLY2xPXOZcefNtnIb\" data-list=\"number\"><div class=\" translation-block\">&lt;En fonction de la capacit\u00e9 de la machine \u00e0 filer, il est possible de produire des tubes \u00e0 paroi mince de grand diam\u00e8tre, des tubes sp\u00e9ciaux, des tubes \u00e0 section variable et presque toutes les pi\u00e8ces rotatives creuses \u00e0 paroi sph\u00e9rique, h\u00e9misph\u00e9rique, elliptique, conique, \u00e9tag\u00e9e ou d&#039;\u00e9paisseur variable. Parmi les exemples, on peut citer les nez et les coques de fus\u00e9es, de missiles et de satellites ; les joints de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de sous-marins et les coques de torpilles ; les r\u00e9flecteurs de radars et les bo\u00eetiers de projecteurs ; les capots de moteurs \u00e0 r\u00e9action et les composants de moteurs principaux ; les cylindres hydrauliques, les bo\u00eetiers de compresseurs et les cylindres ; les arbres de turbines, les buses, les c\u00f4nes de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, les c\u00f4nes de chambres de combustion et les soufflets ; les tambours de s\u00e9choirs, de mixeurs et de laveuses ; les t\u00eates h\u00e9misph\u00e9riques en forme de plat peu profond, les bo\u00eetes de lait et les articles m\u00e9nagers creux \u00e0 parois minces.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Qw0bdi8DgoqAP7xNePhcarMDngh\" data-list=\"number\"><div class=\" translation-block\">&lt;Compar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;usinage, le filage permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser 20%~50% de mat\u00e9riau, jusqu&#039;\u00e0 80%, r\u00e9duisant les co\u00fbts de 30%~70%.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"ace-line ace-line old-record-id-LqiQd6p3UosBLaxjEbbcdWgUnjD\" data-list=\"number\"><div class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Am\u00e9lioration des performances du produit:<\/strong> La microstructure et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques du mat\u00e9riau changent apr\u00e8s le filage, avec une taille de grain plus fine et une structure fibreuse. Certaines pi\u00e8ces qui n\u00e9cessitent 6~7 processus d'emboutissage peuvent \u00eatre produites avec une seule op\u00e9ration de filage, et les tours de filage sont moins chers que les presses d'emboutissage.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"ace-line ace-line old-record-id-RbQfdlSIjo1UYSxHqJ1cqysCn8b\" data-list=\"number\"><div class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Production de feuilles extra-larges:<\/strong> Le filage permet de produire des feuilles extra-larges en coupant et en aplatissant des pi\u00e8ces cylindriques le long de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice. Par exemple, en Chine, un tour \u00e0 filer capable de filer des pi\u00e8ces cylindriques de \u03c62m n'est pas un grand appareil, mais il peut facilement produire des t\u00f4les de 6m de large. En revanche, les m\u00e9thodes de laminage traditionnelles n\u00e9cessitent un laminoir beaucoup plus grand pour produire des t\u00f4les de 3 m de large. Les \u00c9tats-Unis ont utilis\u00e9 la technologie de filage pour produire des t\u00f4les d'une largeur de 7,5 m et d'une longueur de 9 m.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"ace-line ace-line old-record-id-JDd4dfkX4oF8SZxGmJec51JTn9g\" data-list=\"number\"><div class=\" translation-block\">&lt;Au cours du processus de filage, les d\u00e9fauts tels que les inclusions, les laminations, les fissures et les trous de sable dans l&#039;\u00e9bauche sont facilement expos\u00e9s en raison de la d\u00e9formation point par point, ce qui permet au processus de filage de servir \u00e9galement de m\u00e9thode d&#039;inspection du produit.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Rsjzdnft6ovPBGx8fDUcbldCn3d\" data-list=\"number\"><div class=\" translation-block\">&lt;Les pi\u00e8ces creuses estamp\u00e9es, les extrusions, les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es, les pi\u00e8ces soud\u00e9es, les pi\u00e8ces forg\u00e9es usin\u00e9es et les pi\u00e8ces lamin\u00e9es, ainsi que les plaques rondes, peuvent toutes \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme \u00e9bauches pour le filage. Les lots de taille moyenne \u00e0 petite sont les plus avantageux, les lots de 50 \u00e0 5000 pi\u00e8ces \u00e9tant les plus \u00e9conomiques.
