Product Description
Coomcool DST 255 is emulsified with high flash point base oils and surfactants for dust protection and lubrication in the production of glass wool.
Advantages
- Reduces dust during glass wool production and is also suitable for preventing dust generation and fly-away when rolling glass wool.
- Increases the water resistance of the product and reduces the rise of the finished glass wool.
- The product has a very high flash point, which makes it less likely to burn during glass wool production and reduces smoke during production.
Applications
- Suitable for dust control applications during the production of granulated cotton.
- It can be applied directly to the production line by in-line mixing or pre-mixed in water, and can be sprayed with 0.2% – 0.4% of the original cotton weight to achieve excellent dust control effect.
