Coomcool EXT 500 is based on boron nitride and is available in powders, aqueous suspensions and coatings.
It provides an ideal solution for high temperature mold release and lubrication in the manufacturing of aluminum extrusions.

Applications
Coomcool EXT 500 is specially designed for the extrusion process of aluminum alloy profiles, effectively preventing extrusion cylinders, extrusion pads, and residual scrapers from adhering to aluminum and improving the extruded surface quality of aluminum profiles.
