Product Description
Coomcool CKC 220 gear lubricant is prepared by refined base oil and special additives. It can adhere tightly to the metal surface, maintain good lubrication under pressure, and meet the lubrication requirements under medium and light loads. A strong chemical film is formed on the metal surface, which effectively protects the tooth surface from abrasion, makes the gear rotate more smoothly, quietly, cools down and prolongs its service life.
Advantages
- Longer service life: able to withstand higher operating temperatures for a longer time, reduce the accumulation of harmful sludge and paint film deposits, and achieve less wear.
- Excellent oil film strength and extreme pressure performance: prevent the gear teeth and bearing surfaces from sticking, scratching or peeling under impact load conditions, reducing gear and bearing wear.
- Excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection: prevent iron parts from rusting, and protect copper-containing bearings, bushings, etc. from corrosion.
- Excellent water separability: prevent the formation of emulsion, eliminate corrosive damage to metal parts in the presence of water.
Applications
It is suitable for the lubrication of low and medium-speed industrial closed gear transmission systems with tooth surface contact stress less than 1100MPa, such as the lubrication of medium-load gear transmissions in equipment such as steel, oil fields, fertilizers, cement and mining.
